Day Camp Rules

All children must be at least three years old by September 30 of the camp year and completely toilet trained to be admitted.

All campers must submit a completed medical form to the Camp Director prior to the start of Day Camp. Without the completed paperwork the camper will not be permitted to begin camp.

If a camper has a special medical condition, it is the responsibility of the parent to inform the camp director, in writing, of the child's dietary or special medical needs.

A signed letter must be given to the camp director if someone other than the custodial parent is picking his or her child up from Camp. We will not release a child to someone without proper authorization.

A child who is habitually disruptive will be removed or suspended from Camp. The decision for removal will be at the director's discrection and there will be no refund of camp fees. There will be no pro-rating of fees or refunds given for children who are taken out of camp for any reason.

Camp will be at full capcity as determined by the camp director. In the event the Day Camp is at full capacity, a waiting list will be formed in the following order:

  • Members' children
  • Members' grandchildren
  • Visiting grandchildren of members who wish to attend camp for one or two weeks or extended family
